Refund policy

30-Day Returns. If you're not completely happy with your order, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email support@arshley.com with your order number and we'll send instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
