Free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum, no codes.
Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- United States: 6–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
During peak seasons delivery may take up to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Multiple parcels
To get your order to you faster, items may ship in separate parcels from different fulfilment centres. You'll receive tracking for each parcel.
Damaged in transit?
Lighting is fragile — we pack accordingly, but if anything arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No need to ship anything back.
