Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
1–3 business days processing, then 6–12 business days delivery to the US and UK. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — free standard shipping on every order, no minimum.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll change or cancel it free of charge. After that, the order may already be processed.
Products
Are your lights compatible with US/UK voltage?
Yes. Fixtures shipped to the US are supplied for 110–120V with E26 sockets; UK orders are supplied for 230V with E27/B22 sockets.
Are bulbs included?
Unless stated on the product page, bulbs are not included. Each product page lists the socket type so you can pick bulbs locally.
Do I need an electrician?
Plug-in lamps and sconces work out of the box. For hardwired fixtures (chandeliers, ceiling lights) we recommend installation by a qualified electrician.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30-day returns on unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Damaged-on-arrival items are replaced or refunded free — just send photos within 48 hours.
